When you place a pickup order online or by phone, we collect your name, mobile phone number, and — if you provide it — your email address, along with your order details and a payment confirmation. Card payments are processed securely by Square; we do not store your full card number.

We use your information to prepare and fulfill your order, send you order updates (an order confirmation and a notice when it's ready for pickup), provide customer support, and keep the records our business requires. We do not sell your personal information.

If you provide your mobile number and opt in, we send you transactional SMS order updates — for example, an order confirmation and a message when your order is ready for pickup. Message frequency depends on your orders. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or your SMS consent with any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging opt-in and consent data is never shared with any third parties. We share your number only with the messaging providers we use, strictly to deliver these order notifications.

We share information only with the service providers that help us operate — for example Square (payments and order records) and our SMS and email delivery providers — and only as needed to provide the service. We may disclose information if required by law.

We keep order and contact information for as long as we need it to operate our business and meet legal obligations, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect it.
