Terms & Conditions

Last updated July 28, 2026

These terms govern your use of mcfilers.com and McFiler's ordering services. By using the site, placing an order, or opting in to text messages, you agree to these terms. Questions? Email hello@mcfilers.com or call (360) 996-3878.

Ordering & pickup

Orders placed online or by phone are for pickup at 543 NW Pacific Ave, Chehalis, WA. Prices and availability come from our live menu and may change. Payment is collected securely through Square — online via a card field at checkout, and by phone via a secure payment link we text you. We never accept a card number spoken over the phone. Your order is prepared once payment is complete.

SMS message program terms

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive transactional SMS order notifications from McFiler's (for example, an order confirmation and a “ready for pickup” alert). These are the terms of that program:

  • Program: McFiler's Order Notifications — transactional order-status messages only. We do not send marketing or promotional texts on this program.
  • Message frequency varies and depends on your orders.
  • Message and data rates may apply, per your mobile carrier plan.
  • Reply STOP to any message to cancel and stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help, or contact hello@mcfilers.com / (360) 996-3878.
  • Carriers (including but not limited to T-Mobile) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your consent to receive these messages is not a condition of any purchase, and we handle your number as described in our Privacy Policy.

Use of the site

The site, menu, and its content are provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to misuse the site or interfere with its operation.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The site and services are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, McFiler's is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the site or services. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington.
