SMS Order Notifications

McFiler's (543 NW Pacific Ave, Chehalis, WA) offers an optional SMS text-message program, McFiler's Order Notifications, that sends transactional updates about a pickup order you place with us. How to opt in
When you place a pickup order at mcfilers.com/order, you can choose to receive text updates by checking the “Text me order updates” box and entering your mobile number at checkout. Opting in is your consent to receive the messages described below; it is optional and is not a condition of placing an order — you'll still receive email updates either way. This is exactly how the opt-in appears at checkout:
What we send
Only transactional order messages — for example, a confirmation when your order is placed and a notice when it's ready for pickup. We do not send marketing or promotional texts through this program.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies and depends on the orders you place.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply, per your mobile carrier plan. McFiler's does not charge for the messages.
How to stop or get help
Reply STOP to any message to cancel and stop receiving texts at any time. Reply HELP for help, or contact hello@mcfilers.com / (360) 996-3878. Carriers (including but not limited to T-Mobile) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your privacy
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or your SMS opt-in consent with any third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.
